All students will be required as a condition of enrolment to abide by and submit to the rules and procedures specified in the Campus Regulations, Students’ Charter and the Joining Instructions. A copy of the current rules, regulations and information for students will be made available to all prospective students at or before enrolment.

The Campus will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver its courses in accordance with the descriptions set out in this prospectus. The courses offered by the Campus are continually being improved through review and quality assurance processes. The Campus therefore reserves the right to make variations to the contents or methods of delivery of courses, if such action is reasonably considered necessary by the Campus in the context of its wider provision.
