Greenmount Association

The Association, whose motto is Per Amicitiam Sapientia - "Knowledge Through Friendship", aims to maintain social contact between Greenmount’s ex-students and keep them up to date from the technical and other points of view. Current Membership stands at around 1700 but there is plenty of room for new members.

The Greenmount Association is for any past students of Greenmount and it provides an excellent opportunity to keep in touch, renew old acquaintances and make new friends!

There are a plethora of reasons why any past student should join. Here are just a few:

  • Industry Updates – a range of evening meetings and visits
  • A forum to meet potential employers
  • Join the well attended enterprise Clubs, for example, Dairy Club, Beef & Sheep Club and the Horticulture Club
  • Attend Farm Walks
  • Go on the Summer Tour and the Christmas Dinner Dance
  • Receive a copy of the Greenmountaineer – the annual magazine of the Greenmount Association
  • Provide support to current student activities such as the workshop competition
  • Maintain and development friendships with former classmates

How much is membership?

Membership costs £5 per year, payable by direct debit.
