(This course was previously known as Intermediate Food Hygiene).

Recommended for supervisors who work with high-risk foods.

The course consists of 18 hrs tuition and one examination day.

Wednesdays 6, 13 and 20 October 2010.

Assessment

To successully complete the course the candidate must pass a 2-hour multiple choice question exam which will be held on 28 October 2010.
