(This course was previously known as Intermediate Food Hygiene).

Recommended for supervisors who work with high-risk foods.

The course consists of 18 hrs tuition and one examination day.

Assessment

To successfully complete the course the candidate must pass a 2-hour multiple choice question exam which will be held on:
