For those in training responsible for standards of hygiene and/or delivering food hygiene training.

Course Details

The course consists of 37 hrs tuition and one examination day.

Dates

Wednesday 8th, 15th 22nd and 29th February; and Wednesday 7th March, 2012

Assessment

To successfully complete the course the candidate must pass a 2½ hr written exam and an assignment completed under controlled conditions (2 hrs). The course assessments will be held on:

  • 12th and 19th March 2012
