Hedge Restoration (Laying and Coppicing)

Overview

To demonstrate the skills and techniques involved with laying and coppicing a hedge. By restoring hedges you maintain stock proof boundaries and provide shelter for livestock. It also enhances the appearance of the countryside, restores our traditional field boundaries and provides valuable habitats for a variety of plants and animals.
