Overview
The Northern Ireland farmed landscape is characterised by field boundaries. They provide shelter for livestock, nesting cover for birds and a variety of habitats and food for wildlife. Effective management is important to ensure field boundaries are maintained so that they continue to provide shelter and a valuable habitat for wildlife.
Participants can receive accreditation for the Field Boundary Management when completed if desired.
