Overview

This workshop has been designed to help farmers understand and apply the principles of Nutrient Management Planning to their farm by using DARD’s web-based nutrient management planning software called ‘Crop Nutrient Recommendations Program’.

Who is the course for?

Farmers and growers who wish to use the ‘Crop Nutrient Recommendation Program’ to plan applications of fertiliser and manure to meet crop requirements and to satisfy the Nitrates regulations.

Course Content

The course will help farmers to:

• To become familiar with the computer program,
• To print reports from the program to help with farm management.
