The Diversification Challenge-Business Planning programme has been designed to help farmers and farm family members assess the potential viability of their diversification business idea and produce a business plan.

The programme is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and covers a range of topics including:-

• Market Research
• Resources and Legislation
• Pricing your product or service
• Constructing Financial projections
• Marketing and selling your product or service
• Compilation of a business plan

The workshops are delivered at a range of venues throughout Northern Ireland and mentoring support is provided by local Rural Enterprise advisers.
