The Diversification Challenge-Business Start programme has been designed to help farmers and farm family members to develop essential business skills to start their new business.

The programme is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and covers a range of topics including:-

• Marketing
• Finance
• Time Management
• Production Practicalities
• Office Systems
• Successful Selling
• Presentation Skills
• IT - Computers for business

The workshops are delivered at a range of venues throughout Northern Ireland and mentoring support is provided by local Rural Enterprise advisers and other specialists.
