During the first semester of the 2009/10 year CREAM students visited the farm and processing unit of father and son team Jack and John Mitchell in Castlederg, Co Tyrone.  John and his herd managers, Stuart and Rudey, will be milking 400 during the winter with a yield of 9,500 litres, 4.2% butterfat and 3.2% protein.
