The College will seek to ensure that no student or candidate suffers from discrimination, either directly or indirectly, or through victimisation or harassment because of their sexual orientation or perceived sexual orientation in compliance with the Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations (N.I.)2003.

If you believe they you have suffered discrimination because of your sexual orientation please inform your tutor, year manager or programme manager as soon as possible. We will try to address your complaint as quickly as possible and will keep you fully informed of progress. If you feel that insufficient action is being taken you may appeal to the Deputy Director or you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Equality Commission.
