"We aim to provide on-campus residential accommodation for all full-time students"
The Campus residence provides a friendly, caring environment, where students learn from others with different outlooks and experiences, pursue cultural and sporting interests, and generally enjoy themselves. In your first few weeks you will be getting used to a new environment, making new friends and adapting to Campus life. We are committed to ensuring that the transition is as smooth as possible and believe our accommodation offers an attractive range of amenities, allowing you to make the most of your time at Campus.
The Campus provides accommodation for 180 students. Many rooms have recently been upgraded and en-suite facilities are now available. This is only part of the continuing programme of development and reflects our commitment to respond to students' varied and changing requirements. There are now four units of student village accommodation, Pine Lodge, Birch Lodge, Oak Lodge and Chestnut Lodge. These are designed specifically to give more freedom to Higher Education students and are available seven days per week.
The cost of accommodation is competitively priced and includes meals and the use of laundry and recreational facilities. The Accommodation Manager is always on hand to offer advice and help. The modern dining rooms and snack bars provide food and beverages throughout the day, with a flexible credit card system.
If you do not wish to stay within the campus then the Campus will facilitate you in finding suitable accommodation in houses / flats in the local area. This option is popular with second and third year students who choose to pool their resources, increase their freedom and live with friends.
When you are accepted at the Campus you will automatically be sent a copy of the Student Accommodation Handbook.
