Greenmount Country Show 2006

The Greenmount Country Show is an annual event held at Greenmount Campus since 1996. The Country Show is two day event held over a weekend in June each year attracting upwards of 20,000 visitors.

The aim of the Country Show is provide an opportunity for the N. Ireland public to enjoy the Campus and to view the work carried out by CAFRE as part of a family day out. Displays and attractions are arranged in six zones within the Campus, each with an individual theme. More information is available from the Greenmount Show 2006 Poster.

Each year a nominated charity is appointed on a competitive basis to benefit from the Country Show. The successful charity in 2006 was the NSPCC. Over £11,000 was raised from a variety of activities organised by the charity volunteers at the 2006 Country Show.
