Greenmount student formal a big success
The social highlight of the year at Greenmount, annual student formal was held recently in the Templeton Hotel, Templepatrick. Everyone was looking their best and aiming to impress! After the meal, the potentially embarrassing ‘Awards’ were announced such as “Best dressed male/female,” “You’ve been tangoed,” “Best Personality of the Year,” and “Greenmount Mascot” as well as others which we couldn’t possibly mention! A big thank you must go to Johnny Hero from Downtown Radio who DJ’ed for us – he’s one cool dude! It was a brilliant night – great fun, great craic and a lot of money raised for the Wobbly Williams charity for Parkinson’s Disease sufferers. And am I glad it’s all over!!
