Celebrations 2009
Whether you are a current or past student, a flower shop owner or employee, come along and join us for our Celebrations 2009 event at the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise, Greenmount Campus on Wednesday 21 October 2009 at 6.30 pm This event has been organised to celebrate the success of students who have studied on the BTEC National Certificate in Floristry course since we first offered the programme in 1999. We would also like to use this event to thank all those in the industry who have supported our course through work placements, student visits, talks or demonstrations and eventual employment. We look forward to a bright future for Northern Ireland floristry with your continued support. Celebrations 2009 will also be attended by our local wholesalers and other industry representatives forming a trade show, so finish work early and come and enjoy the buffet while you view their stands. The highlight of the evening will be the Design Show by the exceptionally talented MirandaterVoorde. In keeping with the Celebrations theme we also want to showcase local design skills by inviting you to enter our competitions. Our Celebrations event is open to all our past and current students, flower shop owners and their employees. Admission is strictly by ticket only (price £10, including refreshments), but unfortunately tickets are limited to comply with fire regulations. We anticipate high demand for tickets and the limited competition space which is available, so please return you application for tickets and book competition space by Wednesday 14 October to avoid disappointment.
